Dashboard

You have successfully logged into TeamUltim and landed on the Dashboard. The Dashboard provides a handy overview of what is going on for you at work Today and Tomorrow.

If you have a planned shift, your work location is displayed - just in case you work at more than one job site. You can easily see the shift start and end times.
You may be able to see the shifts of your colleagues (depending on settings). As a shift supervisor you can see the shift times of all scheduled employees.

Only published shifts will be displayed in the dashboard. If some parts of the schedule have not been published, they will not be visible in the dashboard.

Dashboard shortcuts

The dashboard offers you some handy shortcuts:
To switch to your schedule calendar view, just click one of the small icons in the Today or Tomorrow header.

Public holidays and team birthdays

You colleagues' birthday will be shown within three weeks notice so that everybody has enough time to prepare. Every user can set their birthday in "My Profile".

Swap requests

You need to take Monday off and you are free to work next Saturday instead? Easy! Just add a swap request to let your teammates know. If a colleague's shift swap request is displayed you can bid on it, so can your colleagues. But only one person gets selected to swap.

Absences

For whatever reason you may need to take days off, the ABSENCE EDITOR allows you to request vacation, training, sick leave, etc. Your requests can be approved or rejected by your shift supervisor.
