Swap Report

This report type provides you with an overview of your swap requests.

If you are a shift supervisor or admin, the swap requests of all employees are displayed. You can select each employee from the drop-down menu to receive their individual stats.

By default all absence types, and all statuses are taken into account for the current day and the time period covering the 7 preceding days and the coming 7 days.

Change the report type from the drop-down list at the top of each report page.

Filter

Use the filter fields to specify the absence type and status or to look at the swap requests during a certain time period.
The Date field provides you with predefined dates or you can use "Custom dates" to open the calendar and enter a custom time range*.

Apply the filter with the green button "Filter selection".

* Note, that if you use the calendar to set a specific time range these dates are saved to the drop-down menu. The custom range will be available for subsequent reports.
We thought that this would be a handy feature.

Charts

The result is displayed as a pie chart.

There are different colour schemes:
If you look at your own stats or have selected a specific employee, the different colours refer to the absence types.
You can then see at a glance what absence type was the most common reason for shift swaps.

Move with the mouse over the different sections to view the amount of absence days.

Note, that if you are a shift supervisor or admin and you have selected "All employees", different colours are used for the different employees.

With the "View as" buttons below the chart you can change the graphic to be displayed as a bar chart.

Table

The stats are also displayed in table format.
Use the small arrows in the table header to sort the list the way you need it.

Remember that every report can be exported in PDF format or as a spreadsheet which can be opened in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice, Google Docs, etc.
This is very handy for storing your swap reports outside of TeamUltim.
