Reporting: Filtering, Evaluation, Export
In the main navigation menu go to Analytics.
This is the section where different reports can be created.
Report types are:
- Shifts reports
- Absence reports
- Swap reports
If you have the role of admin or shift supervisor you can include all employees and all sites in your reports.
If you are an employee, by default your name is set in all report types but you can filter for the different locations and work areas you are assigned to.
Every report can be exported in PDF format or as a spreadsheet which can be opened in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice, Google Docs, etc.
