Defining Schedules for Locations

This article is for shift supervisors, managers and business administrators.
This feature is available on desktop and tablet.

For a given location you can set two types of schedules: 

  1. "Regular opening hours" specify the hours of business for a particular location. If the hours of business need to change, the new times can start from today or any date in the future. 
    To set a regular opening hours schedule, choose Locations from the main navigation menu, and click the "Switch to location" icon for the location you wish to set a regular schedule for. Under Schedule Settings, in the "Regular opening hours" pane, click "Add a schedule". Use the calendar icon to change the start date if required.
  2. "Special schedules" can be set to override the regular hours of business as may be needed. These are non-recurring and apply only to the chosen day.
    To set a special schedule, choose Locations from the main navigation menu, and click the "Switch to location" icon for the location you wish to set a special schedule for. Under Schedule Settings, in the "Special schedules" pane, click "Add special hours". You can use the calendar to select any date.
    Don't forget to save your settings.
