Defining Schedules for Locations
This article is for shift supervisors, managers and business administrators.
This feature is available on desktop and tablet.
For a given location you can set two types of schedules:
- "Regular opening hours" specify the hours of business for a particular location. If the hours of business need to change, the new times can start from today or any date in the future.
To set a regular opening hours schedule, choose Locations from the main navigation menu, and click the "Switch to location" icon for the location you wish to set a regular schedule for. Under Schedule Settings, in the "Regular opening hours" pane, click "Add a schedule". Use the calendar icon to change the start date if required. - "Special schedules" can be set to override the regular hours of business as may be needed. These are non-recurring and apply only to the chosen day.
To set a special schedule, choose Locations from the main navigation menu, and click the "Switch to location" icon for the location you wish to set a special schedule for. Under Schedule Settings, in the "Special schedules" pane, click "Add special hours". You can use the calendar to select any date.
Don't forget to save your settings.
