Different Schedule Views

The schedule calendar can be displayed in different views:

On every device:

Switch to the preferred view with the buttons on the top right side of the calendar (on the bottom right on mobile).
Each view can display the calendar by employee or by location.

Switching Between Employee and Location Views

TeamUltim lets you instantly switch between viewing your schedule by location or by employee. Whether you're managing multiple sites or focusing on your team members individually, this feature helps you see exactly what matters, without jumping through menus or changing tools.

Why it’s useful:

  • Plan by location when managing staffing needs across multiple branches or departments.
  • Plan by employee when ensuring fair distribution, checking workloads, or managing preferences and time off.

How to Switch Views

  1. Open the Calendar.
  2. Look at the top of the calendar interface—find the view switcher toggle.
  3. Click "Employees" to see all shifts grouped by team member.
Click "Locations" to see all shifts grouped by work site or branch.

The calendar will update instantly—no reload, no loss of data or filters.

When to Use Which View

  • You want to check shift coverage at a specific site ➜ Use Location View
  • You want to see all shifts assigned to a team member ➜ Use Employee View
  • You need to balance workload or avoid double-bookings ➜ Switch between views quickly to cross-check
  • Pro Tip: Combine with Filters
Want to see shifts for only one employee at one location? ➜ Use the filters (top right) to narrow down the calendar after switching views.

    Saving Your Preferred View

You can save any combination of calendar period (day, week, month) and mode (employee or location) as your default view. For example, if you prefer the month view by location, you can save it with a single click. The next time you open the calendar, that view will load automatically.

To save your preferred view, click the bookmark icon while you're in the desired view.To return to your saved view at any time, click the “Back to saved view” button next to the bookmark icon.
