Payroll Reports

Payroll reports are based on the schedules and are generated automatically: once a schedule is created and afterwards automatically by the system, depending on a chosen frequency (see "Managing Payroll Schedules" for further information).

Payments overview

Payroll reports are grouped into "Pending" and "Settled". Pending reports are those which have not been signed off yet and can be regenerated. Settled reports can not be changed or deleted to ensure data consistency.

In the reports overview you will see the validity dates (from, to), the total amount for this particular report, its label and status. You can view further details by clicking "View" for each report.

Payment details

The detailed view of the report displays all the meaningful information for the particular report: payment period and its label, status, effective date (the end of the schedule period for this report), total payments, total number of employees and its frequency. 

You can filter the report by employee by clicking on the arrow near the number of employees. This will open a search field where you can search for an employee either by name or by their hashtags. The report payment amount will update according to the filtered employee(s).

In the "Export" tab you can generate a pdf or a spreadsheet file based on this particular report. You can also provide the labels for salary and wages as you want them to appear in the generated file. For supplementary types of compensation the system will use the code (if present) or the label of the supplement pay.

Settling a payment

Settling a payment will lock the report's data so that it cannot be deleted in the future. Even if the schedule, which has generated this report, gets deleted or edited in the future, the report will remain in the system in the form it has been settled. You will not be able to regenerate it again.

Please keep in mind, that we do not offer actually offer payouts to the employees, so settling a payment report doesn't mean that your employees get automatically paid. We do not ask or save any data related to personal bank accounts of your team.
