Sending Notifications for a Schedule

This article is for shift supervisors, managers and business administrators.
This feature is available on desktop and tablet.

Having set up new shifts for your business you can notify the affected employees.

This is done in connection with publishing a shift.

The "Notify employees" button gets available right after you have published the new schedule(s).

You also have the option to send notifications only for selected locations by ticking/unticking the relevant sites.

Click on "Notify employees" and all employees which have registered with an email address will receive a notification email about their new schedule(s).
