Know Issues
Google Calendar has a well-documented issue with refreshing subscribed calendars. Unfortunately, there are no built-in settings to manually enforce a refresh. However, there is a lesser-known "syncing" option that is not accessible through the regular UI settings. These sync settings can force Google Calendar to sync subscribed calendars and may help resolve the issue.
Please note that we cannot enforce a fixed refresh rate (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly, or even every 6 hours) as Google determines the refresh intervals internally and does not disclose them.
Microsoft Outlook also appears to have similar issues with the initial refresh rate. However, after some time, the refresh rate tends to stabilize, and the calendar typically stays in sync, usually updating within a couple of hours after events are published.
Troubleshooting
What if your synced calendar has stopped working or is not working properly even if it was working just fine yesterday?
We recommend that you remove the synced calendar from your app and re-subscribe again.
