How to Add an Employee
This article is for shift supervisors, managers and business administrators.
This feature is available on desktop and tablet.
Option 1 - Employee with email access
- Click the main navigation menu on the top left of your screen and select Team.
The team overview is displayed. It lists all your employees, or if you are starting afresh, just yourself. - Click on Add employee at the top of the screen.
- Add at least the first name of your employee and confirm.
The next screen PERSONAL DATA AND ACCESS opens.
At this point you can enter the employee's personal data if at hand. - Enter an email address and click on Save (at the top of your screen).
A new option to send an invite appears. - Use this option to invite your new employee to use TeamUltim.
A template opens. Change the language of the invite if necessary. You can also personalise the invite by adding text or changing it entirely. If you are happy with it, click on Send.
Your employee receives the email containing the text together with a link to join TeamUltim. When they use the link they can register with the app and from this moment, all personal information will only be editable by the employee themselves.
Your employee(s) can now make good use of the application.
Option 2 - Employee without access
Just follow the steps 1 - 3 above.
You're DONE! The employee has been added and is available for you to work with (e,g, assign the employee to a location, set up shifts, etc.).
The new employee will be displayed in the team overview.
Remember, with this option your employee(s) cannot access TeamUltim.
